Who We Are

Wow that is a long short story.  We were established by another company that started in entertainment in 2003, travel in 2013 and then started us in 2016.

We are located in Northern Virginia!  Right around the Washington, D.C. Beltway.  Also known as the DC Metro Area.

We offer travel and organizing for tours that may or may not include flights.  We also provide customized tours based on your exact needs for a nominal fee.

So how does this work?

Browse our site and if you see a tour you like you can call us, submit an online request for more info or text us.  

Simple.  Just send us a message via our contact page and we will gladly provide you with options.

We accept payment via credit card, Paypal and checks via ach transfer.

Depending on the vendor checks are accepted.  

Checks are considered the same as paying with cash. When this is done some of our travel partners over discounts.  Look for the information about the tour or ask us if cash discounts are available.

Depending on the form of payment the vendor may require an administrative fee

All payments toward your tour(s) are non-refundable.  Depending on the tour or group you are traveling with, you will be able to utilize a portion of the non-refundable payment(s) towards another tour. 

Please note that depending on the tour and vendor your deposit plus an amount up to $200 (depending on the  tour)  will not be utilized towards a future tour booking. However, the remanding balance will.

You will have up to 6 months from the date of cancellation to book a future tour with the remaining funds.

By not allowing refunds this keeps everyone in the tour group accountable, even if traveling alone.

You do not have to travel within 6 months, just book within 6 months.

If you do not utilize the funds within this time period, you forfeit all funds.

Only if part or in addition to your tour package.  We do not book individual air.  If you desire air only, please do so by visiting Airfordable .  They offer payment plans there if you need it.

No. Depending on your desires we work with tour companies that allow you explore on your own or with tour guide. 

Pricing for majority of tours is based on 2 persons.  There are times when a single price is offered, however, it is usually the same amount as 2 people paying.

That said, at times we will offer special tours for singles so that they can room with other single travelers.  If you are a single traveler, you may ask us to check to see if there is an opening for you to travel at the standard rate for double occupancy travelers.

Minimum age for some tours is 8.  If interested in touring under the age of 8, you must submit a custom tour request for a fee.  Otherwise very few of our travel partners offer options for those under 8 years of age. We are more than happy to check upon your tour request.

Time. It takes us quite a bit of time to customize your tour page. We do lots of research on pricing, destination and developing your itinerary.  We take care of every detail.

Now if we didn’t do all that it wouldn’t be customized, right?

**Please Note: To be eligible for the waiver of pre-existing medical condition exclusion the protection plan must be purchased within 21 days (Travel Select) or 30 days (Travel Max) from
the time you make your initial trip deposit. However, the plan can be purchased any time prior to
departure.

Plans provide insurance coverage for your trip that applies only during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources
